“New and free public and open space land preserve on one of the largest remaining open land tracks in Chester County.. multiple recently installed walking trails up to 9 miles in length.. Admire one of Pennsylvania’s top 100 and grandest trees a short distance from the new public parking lot . The giant Peacock Oak ????”

“The sign at the entrance is missing. This park's main feature is its very nice baseball field with well designed dugouts. It also has a Porta potty and tot age playground. The park also has a single picnic table under a big tree and a basketball hoop in the parking lot near third base. A narrow strip of trees along the first baseline continuing across the outfield.”

“BEAUTIFUL place to take a hike. Just remember to take only picture and leave only foot prints.”

“Buggy but beautiful. Bring some bug spray. It's quiet and beautiful.”

“Very nice park with two Port-a-Potties a large playground, a swing set with tot swings and regular swings, a picnic pavilion, picnic tables, barbecues, open space and a large sports field surrounded by a cinder track. This park has lots of parking including three separate parking areas for handicapped accessibility. The upper parking for handicapped requires going on the cinder track to get to the viewing area for the field sports. This park would benefit from making it more accessible for handicapped for the upper field and adding a tot playground in an area separate from the large playground for the safety of tots. This park also lacks a map to identify where the trails are located.”

“We love the grass trails at Exton Park and r-e-a-l-l-y hope they do not "upgrade" the park with paved trails and ballfields. We have enough of those!!!”

“Binky Lee Preserve is a great example of how to restore over-farmed land back to a more natural state. The preserve has wetland, forested, and meadow areas. Natural Lands have made a special effort to create valuable nesting areas for Bobolink, Eastern Bluebird and Eastern Meadowlark whose populations have been declining because of loss of habitat. Natural Lands have planted over 50,000 native trees as part of their reforestation. There are great trails though all the different habitat types.”

“This is one of the battle of the Brandywine locations. This is an open field were part of the battle actually happened with a nice walking trail that is paved. Both sides of the trail circle go down into a deep hill, so if you're walking here, be prepared to walk yourself out of a valley. They ask that you do not go into the meadow in the middle of the trail. There are helpful signs placed around the trail to give you information as to what you are looking at. The parking is small, but it is also free. This park is beautiful.”

“We engaged Don Pell Gardens six months before our new house was finished with the goals of creating a landscape design that anchored our new home to the rural/mountain environment, stabilized steep terrain and managed water run off from the large roof area. Don's was attentive to our needs and concerns to ensure they were reflected in his proposal. The design and implementation exceeded our expectations. In addition to accomplishing the stated goals we have beautiful gardens that we will enjoy for many years to come. Don's team were very focused, professional, courteous and worked seamlessly with our builders as they completed the house. Even our builders were complimentary! We have no hesitation in recommending Don Pell Gardens. In fact we intend on having him back in the future.”

“A very pretty 50 acre park with sports fields and a 2 mile walking trail. New bathrooms, pavilions, playgrounds and parking lots as of 2017. On the site of the former Phoenixville Military Hospital's golf course and adjacent to the campus of Valley Forge University, it is currently used by PMYC and PASC youth sports clubs along with the general public. The park offers open natural meadows, 200+ trees, a nature trail, and a stream which runs through the property on its way to French Creek.”

“Very nice playground, swing set and picnic pavilion. This park is also good for bird watching as it has a strip of forest and a marsh area. The marsh area near the parking lot had a great number of birds to watch and the park was empty so the bird songs were great. The picnic pavillion has two barbecues that look like they are never used. Lots of open area that would make it great for throwing a frisbee. I was here for an hour and the park remained empty. The park was clean and well maintained.”
