“I've had 3 dogs over the past 20 years and we've used French Creek for all 3. Very caring about their clients and pet parents. They have a quiet kitty corner and special cat only appointment days for their feline patients. Depending on the service, they offer a senior discount. There have been times where the dog has gotten sick and they've been able to fit us in within the day of or the next day for an appointment. In fact, when possible they even encourage us to bring her in ASAP for the best care. She can get antsy in the exam room but they are extremely patient and never push her to do anything she doesn't want without trying another way. Our current dog has been coming to the Friendly Paws Daycare once a week for 4 years now, and she absolutely loves it. She comes home tired but happy from her multiple play sessions with staff members and her dog friends. They assign each camper to a play group based on personality compatibility types. They feed her lunch and treats that we pack at home and she's allowed to bring her favorite toy and blankets. While she's there, they get a "nap/rest" time to decompress and relax. Each day, they send her home with a "report card" detailing any potential health issues, behavior, and activities for the day. They even occasionally post photos on their Facebook account of the campers. Until just recently, they had only been able to board dogs with special needs but now they are licensed to board regardless of needs. Definitely make sure to call well in advance to reserve a spot at the inn if you're planning a vacation. One or two times, there have been campers diagnosed with kennel cough. The staff have been very transparent with pet parents in reporting incidents and temporarily closing the daycare to sanitize the facility (even if it means losing a few days of business). They also make sure campers are up-to-date with their vaccinations before they can come.”

They both text me regularly asking about updates and giving me care advice on how to handle situations at home. I can’t say enough! Dr Lauren stitched up my mare and it never scarred! You can’t tell anything happened! Dr. Chris helped my colicing gelding and pulled his tooth a few weeks later :) they are AMAZING”

“We moved to the area 2.5 years ago and checked out this place on a whim for our dachshund rescue dog. We have fallen in love with this practice. They adore our dog, Yoshi. Nikki loves him and always gets excited to see him and knows him by name. They are great for overall care as well as nail trims. They have fair pricing and nice email notifications. The staff is super nice and the doctors are extremely caring and knowledgeable.”

“Sometimes, it's absolutely true that you get what you pay for. While Longwood was a little more than my former vet, I feel like I got a lot more--much more than what I paid. My vet and the techs took turns holding my dog after his procedure so he would feel comfortable. They called me to follow up and see how he was doing. I would definitely recommend them!”

“I had my 5 month old female kitten fixed and got her first round of shots done here and all I can say is they are some of the sweetest, caring, most compassionate workers I have ever met. I was super nervous about the post operative instructions, as I had problems at a previous vet office with my kittens sibling, and they were so helpful and offered a lot of advice on how to handle things. I only trust the best kind of people with my fur children and I can honestly say I trusted leaving my little kitten there in their care. I will be making this my primary vet care for both of the kittens now. Highly recommend for everyone! Loved everyone and how helpful they all were!”

“These people are great! We have a blind, reactive, Aussie rescue who cannot handle the stress of strangers, especially if we are with him, because he's also very protective. When he needs his nails trimmed, they meet me at a side door and quietly greet him as I silently turn over the leash. The doctors do the same to examine and treat him. Dr. Garvey said he seems to know they are helping him. He is a very smart dog!”
