“I was using a prepaid phone and wanted to keep my number. Woodly was working solo since another employee couldn't make it to work. This man spent 4 hours, patiently helping me switch providers. My previous cell phone provider kept us on hold for over 3 hours. He endured listening to their pre-recorded message repeating over and over. He basically fought for me against the failing service provider I had before. Other customers came in for simple fixes and he was able help them plus assist me AND assist incoming calls. He was three people at once! Amazing customer service!! I never leave reviews but feel this is my duty to tell the world that he is amazing! THANK YOU WOODLY!!!!”

The hot water heater was no long covered under warranty by this company; however, they fixed the problem for free. The two men were very nice (wish I remembered their names).
