“I've been coming here for about three years after I bought a Jeep off a guy who had been going there since he bought the Jeep new. I have only ever had great experiences! Jen and Alex are extremely personable and professional and the mechanics do an amazing job. The shop is very up to date on technology. I receive a DETAILED email after they have inspected my car and a call to let me know what needs done and when it's complete. I can pay through a texting app which is secure or write a check. They give honest advice and will tell you if a car is worth it to fix, which I appreciate. They are worth the drive and I would recommend them to anyone!”

I originally only gave 4 stars because we have had hit some bumps in the road that could have been avoided but I gave them 5 because the great group of staff didn't hesitate taking responsibility and were quick to make things right. Also, Thank you for running deliveries on the weekends! it's very much appreciated especially when there's a med change.”

“Update... As of today the State of Michigan had already processed my return and I can say this post office has always made sure my rent made it before this issue. I am convinced it is not their fault because my taxes was sent the same day as my rent payment. Old Issue: I am not sure what is going on, yet last month between the 18th (of April 2021) and the 20th I dropped envelopes off in one of the blue boxes in the driveway. Well the one of the envelopes to my landlord business address never made it there. Also I sent my taxes forms to the state & have to wait to see if the received them. I am shocked something is missing from the box at the post office. And one was only going to Livonia the other the state tax PO box.”

The woman ringing customers out at the counter was very friendly and went out of her way to ask the people in front of me about how their family members were doing, and the pharmacist filling prescriptions filled mine quickly so I wouldn't have to wait in the store longer than necessary. “This is my go to place for my haircut. The Staff is always VERY friendly and engages me in conversation. When they are done with your hair and ask you if you are happy with your haircut and you aren't they don't act snippy and continue on until you are happy. They always cater to you and I have never had a Grumpy Employee. The staff is always upbeat and very professional. At times they do get busy and you have to wait a bit longer though. I would rather wait longer for their quality than go to a place that you are in and out and leaves little to be desired. I highly recommend this particular Salon. They have been my go to place for years and I have no desire to ever switch Salons. You can't go wrong with This business!”
