“Ameer Staggs helped me to get a pass for the gym, he was quick, friendly, and very helpful. I appreciate everything he did to make the enrollment process quick. The gym is also a great place, clean and spacious. They have basketball, a pool, and a place to watch your kids when you work out. The treadmills are nice too because they have a fan that cools you down while running. I also appreciate the way the A/C is set up not too cold , not too hot. It keeps you at the perfect temperature for your workout while blowing cool air on you.”

“Very spacious with modern amenities and equipment. Personal trainers are knowledgeable and very thorough in telling you exactly what they want you to do and how they want you to do it. Its not overcrowded like some other gyms and the training areas are clean. Overall a great place to workout. 5 stars!!!!”
