I had no idea how to take out the old one and install the new one and my car was still parked where I work half a mile away. They were so kind. One of the associates came with me and replaced my battery for me and it was only 17° outside!!! He went above and beyond helping me. I will always go to that AutoZone now, and you should too!!! They were all about customer service!!!”
