When I arrived at the store she had already pulled two very heavy batteries out for me and had them waiting. They loaned me the tools and came out to help me install them in my truck. You could not ask for more help than that. I don't know if this is a company-owned Napa or a privately-owned Napa, but I'm very happy with their service.”
