“I have been attending Namas T Yoga & Wellness for about a year now and I love the Gentle Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, and weight lifting classes. The instructors I have worked with are all amazing and caring individuals. The atmosphere is comfortable, accommodating, and diverse in terms of levels of practice. I'm excited for the additional fitness classes and wellness workshops. On a personal note, I recently went to my doctor's appointment and noted that my blood pressure was awesome and that I was down by 15 pounds since last year.
