No hard sell, always a great selection of good quality used instruments and quite good music lessons on location.
(June 11, 2017, 11:53 am)Had to sell some of my gear yesterday and Al took his time with me and went over every piece I had and offered a fair price for my gear. He was a straight shooter and no BS. Really good guy and the place is amazing. Even though I didn't buy anything after we made a deal I know I will be a customer at Springfield music in the future.

(March 1, 2016, 5:10 pm)Whenever I need anything for my guitar or bass, the first place I think to go is Springfield Music. The owner is helpful and knowledgeable and will give you the best deal. I have sent many friends there who have also had great, positive experiences. If it's not in the store, Albert will find it for you in very short time. I strongly recommend this place for all your music needs.

His store is extensive combining new and used. He can get just about anything you need musically. His music store is worth taking the time to go and look through.
