They were able to diagnose that I needed a new battery and then were able to give me new battery options and then install the one I picked. Everyone that helped me was very nice! Great place! “We had an interior designer come to our home who was very helpful. She designed our sofa to fit our space and also helped us to choose what other furnishings would fit and compliment our sofa, as well as additional details such as wallpaper and paint. One thing I wasn’t happy about was the delivery. No one called us to inform us our sofa was ready and to schedule a delivery, my husband had to call after 6 weeks to see what the progress was and to schedule delivery. Also, no time frame was given on the day of delivery. I waited around all morning until I finally called at 1:00 to get some information, only to find out I wasn’t scheduled until at least 3:00.”

I came to Mattress Factory and was greeted by Len. Now I own 2 mattresses and me and my family couldn't be happier. First off, Mattress Factory in my opinion has the largest selection of quality name brand mattresses and the nicest set up of the stores I saw. It was comfortable and made the experience nice & easy. Also, Len the salesperson is so friendly and actually cares about the product he's selling. There was absolutely zero pressure, and I was able to take my time and ask a lot of questions and Len got me the best deal possible for BOTH of my mattress purchases. I compared prices online and Mattress factory was significantly lower than any other places I saw. And delivery was easy! IN AND OUT! I'm being honest when I say I'm beyond happy with my experience and I will always call Len at mattress factory for my mattress needs! THANKS AGAIN!”

“Three large store, and well-stocked. The staff is always friendly. They will definitely ask you if you need help, but are also unobtrusive if you turn them down. :-) the last time I was there I came to get an espresso machine and they didn't have one out. I was really disappointed but a salesperson went to wherever they store these things and got me one very quickly. Prices are kind of high, but of course unlike shopping online, you can see and feel the texture of the linens, towels, Etc that you are buying. Totally worth it to get what you want. Go online and get yourself a 20% off any item coupon. There are a few exceptions to the coupon, but they general Lee don't hassle you about coupons! Amazing selection of course and it's hard to walk out without buying something. LOL”
