In an accident I had with Allstate, someone at corporate didn't speak to me in the manner I expected and I was told to completely forget about the claim and that they'd handle it. From that point on, I never spoke to corporate again. My rental, getting my car fixed ... everything was taken care of locally. Perfect. One of the few five-star business experiences I've had in Delaware County.”

Everything from the paint to seals to glass and so much more, the car needed the whole repair redone.
