“in 2005 we rehabbed a duplex in Media and bought four of the Regency fans from Gary. We sold the house in 2017 with those fans still in it and working perfectly We are not air conditioning people and so the fans got heavy use. they remained balanced and quiet and used very little energy and were all that Gary represented them to be. We just bought a home in Lancaster PA and I am traveling back to see Gary to buy 5 more of them. As an energy auditor I have seen lots of home depot and Lowes junk in peoples home that was not reliable, were hard to keep balanced, did not last, and which used too much energy.
