The store is located near Secane station and there is ample parking and illuminated well. Prices are lowest compared to the stores in the area. I can't wait to taste the take-out food that they will be selling soon. My favorite store.”

Chris Hunter's Auto Repair

Address: 612 South Ave, Secane, PA 19018, USA

Car repair Store

“It has been many years but my search has come to an end. Chris Hunters garage in Secane,Pa is a garage that I feel very comfortable doing business with. The staff is very efficient and friendly. They were able to do my inspection and rear brakes in an absolutely reasonable amount of time and at a very decent price. The vibe I catch every time I am there is that of a trusted shop that neighborhood folks come in everyday to either gas up,coffee up,or grab a paper on the way to work. It has the feel of the good old days when corner garages were neighborhood staples. From the atmosphere to that garage smell as well as being packed full of honest mechanics they never seem to cloud what you need done, with what POS,(point of sale,)establishments do. They try to take you for ride or convince you to make uneccesary purchases. I know this because a friend of mine worked at one of those businesses and had to quit because of his morals and ethics. He said he could not do that to hard working people. (At work on day he informed me of these practices that they use to inflate cost.) You may go in for a simple brake job,and come out hundreds of dollars in the hole because they package items. What I mean is a brake job just for pad replacement turns into new rotors and calipers and now you bank account is crying,(quite frankly,so are you.) So if your having an auto issue, and you live in the general area, stop in and get a taste of that good old fashion neighborhood feeling and let the professionals at Chris Hunters give you their opinion. Trust is a hot commodity in the world of automotive repair and Hunters has gained mine. **(All reviews are based on my personal experience. I am neither paid nor swayed to give positive or negative.)**”
