“I am so fortunate to have leased a property with JCK Student Housing in my last two years at Widener University! Our house was large and spacious, and was able to accommodate 5 girls comfortably. Our house was one of the nicest on campus, and was renovated prior to our move in! The most positive aspect of JCK Housing was property management! The property manager, Tom, was always a phone call away for repairs and emergency repair situations on weekdays/ weekends, and at night. I loved the repair service emergency hotline that allowed us to directly contact a representative 24/7. Our landlord and management team were always professional and understanding of our needs at our property. As a college student, I was less stressed knowing that JCK was able to ensure a safe, quality rental experience at a home away from home!”
