I would give 5 stars, but the only issue is one of the staffers who works for him. I am presuming an older black woman in order to narrow down whom that may be. I recently tried to set up an appointment after about 3 years. She answered the phone RUDELY, and just stated that she does not have a chart on me....even though I've been Dr. Hannum's patient for over 5 years since at his old location. She did not offer any remedy at all, like appointing me to someone else who could set me up with an appointment l, give a thorough explanation, or even adjust her terrible attitude. Makes me not want to come back to his office but I will not let such an ignorant woman deter me from doing something so basic. Please reconsider her as a person whom has contact with your patients. We are just trying to do the bare minimum and this is not the 1st time I've heard of her rudeness from another one of his patients.”
