“I have been attending Namas T Yoga & Wellness for about a year now and I love the Gentle Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, and weight lifting classes. The instructors I have worked with are all amazing and caring individuals. The atmosphere is comfortable, accommodating, and diverse in terms of levels of practice. I'm excited for the additional fitness classes and wellness workshops.
