“Live here 2 years. Can't say anything bad. I have a parking, pool, high ceilings, AC in unit, washer dryer. Quite neighbors, leasing office helps with every question I have. Some small things could be improved but in overall very satisfied. I saw much worse apartment complexes with much higher ratings so do not believe this 2.5 stars - it's not true. I would say it's a strong 4.0.”

“Madison Ellis Preserves Apartments it’s great and nice place to live. It’s quite clean and peaceful. I am happy I found a nice rental apartment, mostly i don’t like apartments buildings. But this apartment I like everything here, they have lots of amenities such as pool, clubhouse, barbecue area, fire place(outside near the pool), gym, and a new amenity they added tide cleansers locker system. Everything is great and awesome in this apartment, especially my kids love this apartment. They are very happy here and my kids like the School. Especially the hardworking staff make this place awesome. Dave, John spaeder, and Donna are Very helpful, great, and awesome people I have ever met. The facility is well maintained and very quiet. We had a couple of very minor maintenance issues which were resolved immediately. The residents are delightful and we very much enjoy living here.
