“Live here 2 years. Can't say anything bad. I have a parking, pool, high ceilings, AC in unit, washer dryer. Quite neighbors, leasing office helps with every question I have. Some small things could be improved but in overall very satisfied. I saw much worse apartment complexes with much higher ratings so do not believe this 2.5 stars - it's not true. I would say it's a strong 4.0.”

“It's exceptionally quiet 95% of the time. There are a few bad apples who don't care what time of day, they drive through the community with their music blaring..... It's clean and I definitely felt safe the 3yrs I lived there. The place is over priced. Even if you "own" your mobile home, they still charge a pet rent.... When I first rented my place, it was $749 a month. The home was 3yrs old at the time. It is now on the market for $849 for the rent! They won't tell you the amount you have towards a purchase until they run your credit IF you qualify. Otherwise, they won't disclose that. During corona shut down, they shut down the playground and didn't offer any rent forgiveness nor discount for cutting off amenities. As a place to just call home temporarily, it's fine, hence the 4 stars. I bought home in the same town and the mortgage is much cheaper than the rent I first started out with.”

“Cops pulled next to me while I was walking my dog without and leash and the cops behaved like a normal animal lover and said what kind of dog is it and I responded he’s a pit bull mixed with a Siberian husky and he said cool dog and I said yea he listens real good so I don’t put him on a leash when people are around and he said yea that’s a real nice dog good luck and have a nice day .... I been upstate prison and everything I hate most cops but these cops seem to be normal everyday people that don’t judge you thanks to a township that treats you how they wanna be treated !!”

“BEST GYROS AROUND PERIOD! Been coming here for about a year and each time is perfect. No matter what you get the portions are huge, the food is hot and fresh! Service is great, especially Libby, who is always great. My favorite dish to get is the Pork Gyro with French fries* ($1 extra) which also comes with a soup of the day*(part of the special). My family picks the cream chip beef every time they come along and that is great as well. No matter what you order you will not leave hungry or disappointed, and may come home with another entire meal. They are open on most days till 3pm (8pm Thursday thru Saturday) so expect to wait in long lines to get in, but it is definitely worth the wait. This is the best place by far in the area to have breakfast or lunch you will not be disappointed, that is a fact.”
