“Dr Brown is my Mother's doctor and, in my opinion, is a great Pulmonologist. My elderly Mother was suffering from chronic sinus infections and in the past 3 years has been to 4 different ENT doctors. Because of Mom's sensitivity to numerous medicines, none of the ENT's wanted to get to involved with finding an Antibiotic that would rid her of these recurring infections. During one of Mom's follow up visits with Dr Brown, for her COPD, we mentioned the lack of success with the many ENT doctors at resolving Mom's sinus issues. Dr Brown said it wasn't his specialty but he took charge and came up with an antibiotic for Mom to try. Mom took the medicine and her sinus infection is FINALLY gone and has not returned. Having said that, I agree with all the comments concerning the staff and have observed and experienced these issues as well. I think a mature experience office manager would make the changes needed.”
