This was our 1st time ever at this dealership. We wanted to do a modest upgrade on our Outback, and found the perfect vehicle here at Jack’s Motors. From the negotiating, to the purchase/sale - the process all went very smooth, and quick. Kyle & Kevin were both great to work with and they couldn’t have been more kind, understanding, and transparent about the car buying process. You can tell they take a lot of pride in what they do. I drove a total of 10 hours for an evo 8 and the experience was great! Kyle was super helpful, he answered all my questions and even told me I could call anytime if I had any questions. The staff was also very nice. i drove it 5 hrs home with no issues
I had to give 4 stars they deleted my last review. They sold me a 2017 Focus ST with 28,000 miles on it, which was supposed to be in "excellent" condition. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I had to spend over $1,000 on repairs, including fixing the exhaust, obtaining another key, and repairing the one they provided. Additionally, I had to diagnose a check engine light issue and get a recall done.
When I first got the car, the alignment was off, and it had scratches, dings, unlisted parts, and missing headrests. Moreover, they insisted that the price was non-negotiable. They initially offered to pay for the key replacement, but it's been two months, and despite my continuous efforts to remind them, they still haven't refunded a cent.
While their cars look great, and their listings are enticing, I would advise trusting your gut feeling. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
Great bunch of guys. They were very helpful and professional. They went above and beyond to get me in my Evo. I couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend Jack's to anyone looking for a nice car and great experience. The car is also amazing. Thank you Kyle and Jack and Kevin.
