(October 13, 2020, 12:52 pm)This was our 1st trip with this company and we had a wonderful time. Even though the bus trip took 2 hours longer then expected it didn't hinder our experience. Hopefully we will go on another trip with them again soon.
(May 10, 2019, 7:17 pm)I just was on the New York City one-day bus trip and it was AMAZING!!!! This is a wonderful and professional company. Great and friendly staff. The bus driver, Allen (bus 9231), was super awesome, friendly, and helpful. I definitely was very satisfied and felt very safe. The driving was great especially with rain and snow. The bus was clean and warm. My sister, said Donna on the phone was very polite and helpful. I am so pleased with this company I will be booking future trips with them. I'm also going to recommend this company to all my friends and family. Thank you!!!
(August 23, 2016, 1:47 pm)We recently went to Pigeon Forge Tennessee with Budget Charter bus tours. We had a fantastic time. Our bus driver was very accommodating.He was professional and he had excellent knowledge of the area. We have not one complaint about the entire trip !!! I would highly recommend budget charters bus tours to anyone ! We hope to take many more trips in the future with Budget Charters !!
