(July 3, 2020, 9:41 pm)Top level instructors. Great atmosphere if you’re looking to become a fighter or learn basic self defense to just getting in shape. The kids classes are wonderful. They teach them in a fun friendly manner while still keeping discipline a top priority. Highly recommended!!
