“I cannot say enough good about Kaiser Dental! The staff is absolutely AMAZING! I took my 2yr old with me like I usually do and he usually does fine. Well this time he did not! He did not like them working on my teeth. He cried and cried until one of the staff members came in to console him. She held my son until my cleaning was done. I was so impressed and thankful that she took the time to do that.The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was also so gracious and understanding while my son was upset and tried to help as much as she could. she still managed to do a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Kaiser was also super gracious with letting my son sit on my lap while he examines my teeth. I’ve been going to Kaiser dental for quite a few years now and every appointment everyone is so kind and helpful and they always do such a great job. So happy to have Kaiser Dental for my dentistry needs.”

I just can't seem to get through to anyone anymore ,yesterday the boy working there, I won't mention any names but he accidentally short changed me $10.00,I called him back right away last night and explained to him of what he did, and he told me that I would have to wait until this morning when the manager is there, I have been calling and calling and no answer, so once again I am going to have to go up there and see what is going on, this is exactly what happened last night to,I couldn't place a order on the phone, because he never came back to check on me, so I went up, and he was all worked up over a big order he had just previously got! I personally think that is what happened he was all to excited and accidentally gave me the wrong change back!”
