“I love the new location, at the Fayette Plaza (near Ollie's & Giant Eagle). Not just because it's extremely close to my home, but also because it's much neater. The wait times are still what they've always been, that's not their fault - they can't help who comes in, when, or how complicated people's transactions can be. SSA doesn't make the laws. Once I get to the window, often my visit goes quickly. One time I was given incorrect information from an SSA agent at this location, and my Ticket To Work liaison had to handle the matter because of that, but I'm not going to hold that against the entire office. Usually everyone is nice & helpful, takes as much time with you as you need, and tries to get everyone in & out quickly. The seats could be a little more comfortable, considering a lot of disabled & elderly people go there, but otherwise it's a nice, clean, quiet place.”

“ah the good ole borough building, so many memories. i vividly remember commodore perry staring at me creepily as i walked in to take my kid to see the easter bunny. this wonderful building also is where the boy scouts have meetings at. 10/10 recommend. also has a nice vending machine”

“Came here after the lug nut snapped off our Subaru trying to change a flat punctured tire. Richard apologized and sent us to Brakes Plus because they can't fix broken studs but after getting it fixed, Caesar took a look at our tire and took care of us. Took them less than an hour to patch the tire and Caesar didn't charge us a cent. After such a stressful day it was the best outcome. Amazing customer service! Will definitely return for tire services again!”

I do not have a family member in this facility but I do work in families much like this one all over the area and this facility is top notch. The staff is excellent! They are all very friendly and most of all, the facility is clean! They take very good care of the facility. I would put my parents here if I had to.”
