“I have been renting a storage space from them for over 6 months and they are very friendly and helpful. The place is kept very clean, secure, and easy to access. They even let you park inside the building to unload/load your items from the storage space. Their pricing is excellent and it is well worth it. “A really good mobile home park for Fayette County. Lot rent just increased but it's still a good place to live. Park manager and park secretary are really nice. Maintenance people do an awesome job and park is pretty much neat and clean. Not a whole lot of drug activity and not a lot of night partyers blasting music all night. All and all not a bad place to live.”

“In and out, take 70 way in (exit 41, 906) by bell Vernon, then stay on it until it merges to 201, then Bob and weave thru the tiny town Fayette? then right on 4003, then another right on 4036 aka Newell road, to Newell. Once in Newell, 1st stop sign is 3rd Street, make a right and it ends into the plant. If you pass the road 4036 there is a 9foot tunnel about 2miles blocking the road. But u can turn around. It's a trucking companies driveway Do Not take Newell shortcut road, it's a 10k weight and closed! ( My truck gps tried to send me that way).”
