“Every experience here is great! Staff is friendly and approachable. I recently came in for a state inspection and regular maintenance. It was done quickly, and the service advisor, Joshua, kept in contact with me. There was no guessing and I knew the status of my vehicle at all times. After my service, I had a strange rubbing noise from my front wheel. When I came back, they took it right in and investigated. The cause was a heat shield that was falling apart. Had nothing to do with what the technician had done. And yet, they still didn't charge me. The service advisor, John, said I didn't owe a dime. Stellar service. I won't go anywhere else”

“My husband and I just got married and after some time on an old mattress we decided that our first "big" purchase as a married couple would be a new mattress. We had no idea what we were looking at or even what we needed. We went to Mattress Warehouse first and was met by a pushy, arrogant, rude, sales manager who kept continuously trying to up-sell us. We left feeling overwhelmed and disrespected. Our next stop was Mattress Firm a few days later. Jen G met us with a warm welcome, explained everything up front with us, and allowed us to have our time to find what worked best for us while providing help when needed. The service was incredible and just what we needed! From the beginning Jen had our best interest in mind and never once made us feel pushed into a sale. The delivery was super fast, very professional, and even came earlier than anticipated. One the same night of the deliver Jen made sure to give us a call to ensure everything went well.
