(January 1, 2019, 1:01 pm)I got an urn, for my elderly father, from this 3rd generation family owned company, but I'm a little dismayed with some of the negative reviews as I had none of the issues which were in those negative reviews.
Maybe people should make purchases in advance of losing a family member and have all of the decisions made and taken care of so that they're not making decisions during a trying time in their life when they're upset and looking for a place to vent their anger of loss.
I have recommended this company to others and they had no issues either.
They're compassionate and you can get everything needed at prices below other companies.
(December 12, 2018, 3:16 pm)My father is in charge of the care of a family cemetery. One of the tombstones came off of the foundation. He called this company to do the repair work on the cemetery. They did a wonderful job! My dad is very pleased with their work and he would recommend them to anyone. If he has any other tombstone concerns ,he will consider using this company again to do the job. He encourages others to consider them also for any needs for memorials or tombstones. They kept him informed of what all was happening in the progress to complete their work on the tombstone and did some extra repair work on some others for free. They are an A+ company and very personable.
(December 1, 2018, 4:06 pm)We purchased a beautiful white rose casket for my mother in law which was delivered to Romney, WV. I saved at least $1500. More recently when my father in law passed away we purchased a cherry casket for my father in law and delivered to Cumberland. This saved us $2500. They also did a stone for us and installed it. It was nice to deal with a family business that treated us well during a difficult time.
