The owner himself wasnt always at the store but the employee he had available for customers to talk to was very knowlegable and friendly. My friend was recieving public assitance to pay for the car and its a lengthy process. The owner was patient even though he had several other offers on the car. The car is clean, inspected and road ready! I will go to Bulgers when I'm ready for a pre owned vehical. The only improvement I would recommend would be for a bigger lot for the cars and vistor parking. ”
