“WENDY'S HAS MOVED TO A NEW LOCATION! Now that Wendy's has moved to a modern new building, most of the complaints in prior reviews are no longer applicable. The moving from a thirty-year old building to a sleek new one does much to upgrade your eating experience. In addition, the entire staff has been rigorously retrained. These are all part of the upgrade Wendy's Corporate does. I have not eaten at Wendy's for many years. I had a bad experience decades ago in California. I decided it was time to give them a chance once again. I ordered a #1 meal: Cheeseburger with Fries and a Drink. The food was hot, and yes, the burger was hot and juicy, and the lettuce crisp with a nice red tomato slice. I don't particularly care for fresh cut fries, but that is just me. They were hot and did not taste greasy. I do like the multi-drink style Coke products dispenser as it offers more choices than a static nozzle style. The facility is a sleek modern style. The seating is pretty standard for a fast-food place - the hard seats are good enough for eating but not comfy to permit you to sit for an extended time. Patron cycling is necessary hence the hard seats. The only thing that bothered me was the high booth dividers that restricted my view. I felt like I was in a horse stall. Privacy of conversations is good, but I find it feeling restrictive --- yet understand this is a millennial generation preference.. More open seating is available at the windows around the edges. This particular site has a narrow building leaving the hallway to the bathrooms and the entry congested during high traffic meal times. My opinion is that the new Wendy's is a great upgrade from the old site. I take a star off for the restricted view seating. I probably will not eat there much as my preferences are already ingrained. But don't let that stop you from trying the new Wendy's out.”

“Food here is FANTASTIC! For your first visit I would recommend the falafel sandwich, though there are so many other good things here that was what got me hooked. Everything is made fresh, twice daily so the hours are a odd for some, open from 11am to 2pm, the reopens at 5pm till I believe 8pm. Even the breads are all made fresh on site. If you have room for desert, those are also off the charts. Honestly I have only tried 2 because I fill to maximum density before I get to desert. The servers are perfect. They always seem to be there when you need them but not bothering you when you don't. The atmosphere is relaxing and the owner and his wife are very kind and interesting people. There is outdoor seating as well and servers are as attentive there as they are to the inside. The prices are more than fair especially considering the quality of food you are getting. The restaurant is clean with an in-view kitchen so no mysteries going on behind closed doors here. The best and foremost feature here though, is the blast of flavor with every bite, while I wouldn't consider anything I have had there as spicy (meaning hot) it is full of layered spices that will not disappoint.”

“This location always provides a positive experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. When I want to make changes to how a sandwich comes, they never seem to mind, and it is always made correctly. Coffee is always fresh, and iced coffee is great. Clean dining g area, and pretty landscaping outside, well maintained. Update May 2019: Rapid pick-up is so very convenient. Order online (where you can FULLY customize your order), pay online, and simply walk into the restaurant at the time YOU specify it to be ready and there it is on a special cart. You could even order at 7 pm the night before and have breakfast ready for you to pick up at 7 am the next morning! No need to talk to staff. Very handy except the one time my order wasn't ready...that was incredibly irritating. I ordered 45 minutes ahead of my selected pick-up time, arrived on the dime, and waited nearly 20 minutes for my order. Absurd. Barely even an apology, too. Luckily that was an isolated incident.”

However, the restaurant is very clean, service is fast whether you dine in or go through their drive thru. Staff is pleasant and they’ve always gotten my orders right. The bread they use is fresh and makes the subs taste great. I’ve tried ham, turkey, roast beef and tuna before and the ham is my favorite. Twelve pumps are free for use, with car washes being offered as well. The store is large with many snack offerings and other basic goods. As a whole, your expected Sheetz. It does well, with the store and lot being clean and well-maintained.”
