I wish I would have called him first. We had our kitchen sink clogged and spent 7+ hours and $200 to have someone else out just to not have it fixed. When calling Don he was super responsive and sure he could fix it. He came out the next day and unclogged the drain for a fraction of the cost and work the other company quoted us. Almost 2 months later and the drain still works perfectly and we didn't need to have an excavator out to tear up our yard and cost us thousands. I 100000% would call Don first next time with any of our plumbing problems.

I highly recommend Don Shriver. I had a clogged line backing up in a bathroom in my Personal Care Home. Called Don Shriver. He was there that afternoon. Very professional, kind to the residents. When you have a backed up line overflowing in a Personal Care Home it’s kind of urgent. Don was great and there within a few hours of me calling!!!

Don was at my house within 24 hours of my call and he had the equipment and knowledge to fix my stopped up sewer line in about an hour. He showed me what was causing the problem and discussed options for permanent repair. He is friendly and professional, the type of repairman you feel comfortable having at your home.

I should have called Don and his team in the first place. We called another company that ended up costing twice as much and than gave us an estimate for a repair we didn't even need.
