“I would rather go to closer locations. The problem is this location carries more of a variety. The store isn't always as clean as other locations. I never had a problem with the staff. It is handicapped accessible and offers a lot of parking. The location is great for those with cars. It is pretty well stocked when I stop in.”

“Weekly trips minimum. Overall, always clean and usually well stocked. Baby and toy sections are great. Excellent seasonal options. New floorplan updates as of Summer 2019 - pictures added. The grocery department is slowly growing but has room for more options. That's an issue for Target as a company to decide their future, but this particular store does well with stock and freshness of groceries. Staff is always courteous and helpful with getting the best sales/clearances.”

“When it was time to get myself a new pair of glasses, I thought I'd check out Target Optical since I spend a lot of time in the store nearby. I'm so glad I did because that's how I met Kurt, who helped me get THE BEST pair of glasses I have ever had in my LIFE! Not only are these frames and lenses perfectly crafted, the whole experience of picking them out was a joy thanks to Kurt's incredible customer service! I legitimately cannot think of a time in my life where I was blessed with such great customer service. Not only was Kurt cool with me looking around the whole store (much nicer than one of his coworkers who told me, when I was looking at frames, that the frames for my gender are on the other side of the store—it's 2019, who cares anymore? I'll wear the glasses that fit my face best, thanks!) Kurt encouraged me to take my time and feel comfortable and free to pick out what I like, and to be myself! When my glasses came in, he did a thorough quality check on them and noted that one of the lenses arrived damaged. It was a small scratch—hard to see from the outside, but REALLY visible when you're wearing them—but I never had to worry about it, because Kurt took care of sending them back for me before he even called to let me know about the situation, so I had no added stress! I love these frames so much, and these perfect, high-quality, flawless lenses, that I recommend Target Optical to everyone I know now. I even recently brought my mom in to pick out a pair of sunglasses, and Kurt was on again and helpful and kind as always to us both! She plans on getting her regular glasses made there too, and I know Kurt will make sure she has the best possible experience. Please visit Target Optical, and if his managers read this, please make sure he gets the praise he so very much deserves :)”

I been to them all from Pearl vision to Lens crafters and must admit Americas Best Eyeglasses are the best the lenses in my eyeglasses are dead on every time quality is also there . They will also replace your lenses or frames for free if the get broken I been to the Wilkes-Barre location and love the experience now i am going to try out the New location in Dickson City I like the wide variety of frames they have also a good experience all around!!”

“An overall very satisfying experience. I came with an appointment and they got to me in a jiffy, staff was very kind and considerate, and Dr Simons was a delight. Very affordable options as well, only ended up spending $130 and that's out of pocket, uninsured. My associate Caitlin even helped me out, bumping my price down from $180 with their courtesy discount. My only criticism is the not-so-extensive selection of frames, but one is bound to find something they like so that can be overlooked. But overall, my visit to the Vision Center was well worth it.”

“I love this place... great chocolate. Not expensive. Great extras there like decorations after each holiday. I bought a few Christmas decorations for a great deal while picking up my Valentine's chocolates. They have chocolates for every occasion. While shopping for Valentine's I was already looking at the Easter chocolates they had displayed. I took a star away because the older woman cashier did not say hello.? She told me my total and that was all. She did not say "thank you". "Have a nice day" NOTHING. I really love great customer service. When I left I was praying that God made her day better. Dont want to think about someone else's bad day or attitude while buying chocolate. I guess I should have bought her some. :)”
