Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The conversation that I had b4 I arrived and what was available when I showed up was two different stories...they put me in a Hyundai which I told them up front many times I didnt not want...promising they would get me in a different SUV when one arrived. The SUV they gave me is to small for me and my family its essentially useless ..also I was told that the difference in price was going to be waived due to availability of the SUV I wanted...then I was told different when I arrived...I was told I'd be charged per day the difference.....so when I got home I called to talk to the guy (bruce) that I spoke with...he was off the weekend....how convenient

Update... I talked to Bruce on Monday and Bruce was upset that I did not like the vehicle that I was put in and he is making it right by give me a new vehicle. 4 stars

The staff at this location are great to work with, especially Jason. I always rent cars with the Moosic Enterprise. It is stress-free.

The staff are always courteous, helpful and very professional. I rent weekly for work and I've never had a problem with any of the vehicles I've been given. The cars are also always super clean. Highly recommend!

The best location. I get a car or truck from here pretty much on a weekly basis if I am working locally. I travel all over, and get cars from many locations. This one is the best. Jason is always awesome and helpful. The cars are always there as planned. In and out, very fast.
