“I needed an EpiPen and despite learning it will be $100 copay, I asked for the brand because it was not backordered. They were nice enough to ask the prescriber to change the rx to brand and when my husband picked it up, they said it was free of charge. She had found a coupon online that allowed me a zero copay. She went out of her way to help me when I needed it. I cannot say enough good about the great service and willingness to go out of the way to help me.
