“Was on a trip last week and had a breakdown ( oil filter ) and a staff member stopped to see if we needed help. Then he lent tools for a roadside repair. they also washed my motorcycle to remove the oil residue for my safety. I can say enough nice things about my experience and this is my second time in this situation. They always are willing to go out of their way and they are always courteous Thank you very much. “Under construction, it's open 9 an to midnight. The prices are great for kids lanes were already set up for kids with bumpers balls and a dragon ramp. Computer scores were a little off but the kids could not have cared less. Serious bowlers can adjust the score thru the computer. The arcade was clean and they enjoyed it. Grandparents had to learn how to put "credits" into a credit card ..but its doable. Had a really good morning.”

“My family and I had a wonderful time here. My son's favorite part was the hot tub and the pool. The whole staff was courteous and polite. The other patrons did not bother us one bit and infact were all friendly people. Our jet tub didn't work but as soon as I told the front desk we were switched to the room next door making our switch super easy and quick. The breakfast was crowded but full of options and good coffee. To be honest this hotel blew my expectations away. My family and I will certainly be returning next year. I understand the Moon Tavern is a separate company but I believe they are worth mentioning here as well. Though the prices are a bit high the food was delicious and fresh. I think this place gets a bad rap and that's too bad because it was great all around!”

People at the door just waiting to help you find what you're looking for and they're so helpful, there's things I've never even heard of that they showed me. Range of everything from casual to extreme fetish. They take anything out of the box to show, and they have batteries to make sure toys work. Prices from average to high depending on what you're looking for. Some reviews say customer service is bad but that is absolutely not the case. They're very friendly and also know when to give you space to look for yourself. Felt very comfortable, the lady that helped me knew A LOT”
