“In reference to the Pep Boys in Dickson City, Over all they do a good job!. I have been going to them for the last 5 years ( 2 different vehicles) for scheduled maintenance as well as problems that have come about. They could be pricey at times, ( When there's a problem) However when I left there I could tell that the vehicle was fixed properly. So I had peace of mind. Never had to return the vehicle to have the same issue looked at twice. Was just there today, The 2 gentlemen working the counter Provided good customer service. Also I notice they updated their waiting room a little bit.... No longer the hard plastic chairs , they now have cushiony leather ones with armrest ????, And they upgraded their television to a flat screen. If you need the peace of mind knowing that the job was done right I would suggest going to them, But then again depending on what you get done it could be pricey. Look online for any service coupons and keep in mind their parts come with warranties..”
