“I came today to get my trailer’s brake drum resurfaced. Bill and Daniel provided the best customer service. I live in Cranberry Twp and called the local store but they said they can’t help. Then I called this store and right away I was told if it is possible, they will do everything they can to help me. The store closes at 9 PM but Bill stayed until after 10 PM to get the job done. You don’t see this kind of customer service nowadays because most employees don’t care about taking care of the customers and all they care about is them getting paid. But I was amazed by Bill. I wish he gets rewarded for his hard work and people like Bill and Daniel are the reason I would definitely come back to this store. Thank you guys! I appreciate your help!”

“Jim did an amazing job on my Porsche 911 which is not an easy install. This replaced everything in the system, including the factory amplifier under the seat, new 3-way door speakers and sound damping in the doors, and he even fixed the factory bracket that had a gap for the new receiver. Everything looks like it came this way and it's under the radar. He also sent me pictures during the install and kept me updated. As someone who did car audio growing up, he's very knowledgeable and a super nice guy. Highly recommend.”

Travis talked me into getting a darker tint than I first wanted and I am happy that I did. Looks amazing and gives amazing privacy. I’ve already recommended this place to my dad, would recommend to anyone! Awesome location and the garage is awesome inside. Has an awesome mural and a big rock climbing wall. Travis had a few chairs set up and we were in conversation the whole time, which made the wait time feel way shorter. He also listens to the same music as I do, so it was a nice.”
