Michael called me to check the status of my rental the day after placing it, saying he couldn't guarantee the unit, but upon hearing that I'd be driving in from 7+ hours away he agreed to hold the unit for me. I worked with Linda in-store who was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The place seemed very well run and that was exactly what I was looking for in short-term storage.
