Nate had helpful insight on design and suggested functional solutions for our space. He was very responsive throughout the process and I appreciated the invoice and payment options. Nate and his team members at Bear Bones were respectful when they were onsite and I appreciated how they tidied up at the end of the day. The end result is wonderful, with high quality pieces and fixtures. He was able to address everything from plumbing, to drywall, to custom wood work, to painting. And as we wrapped up the project, it was great to get an itemized invoice through Nate's professional software. A nice addition would be if the client could have access to those line items and details throughout the project to add notes as things go to keep up with the project timeline. We were able to text Nate consistently, which was our key to success, but a system for it too would just be the cherry on top. I would definitely consider using Bear Bones for future projects.”
