“I really like this place! You can tell they are genuinely concerned about our pets and are not trying to nickel and dime us into a huge bill! The vet was very knowledgable and gave us both sides to questions so we can make our own judgement! Very happy we are here customers here!”

“I recently moved to Lancaster from Michigan and began searching for a new vet. I saw an article in the paper about Dr.Carrie’s new practice opening on Nolt Road and decided to schedule appointments for my dog and cat. This practice is very well thought out and designed with the maximum comfort of the patients and pet parents in mind. The waiting area and exam rooms are spacious and immaculately clean, and the staff is very warm and welcoming. It is obvious that Dr. Carrie and her staff truly love animals, and are all so kind and compassionate. Dr. Carrie is very thorough and explains treatment options and costs up front, allowing you to make an informed decision regarding your pets care. My pets are an important part of my family, and I am confident that Dr. Carrie and her staff will continue to provide the best care possible for my fur babies!”

“By far THE BEST vet I have ever dealt with. Front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. P has gone so far out of his way to accommodate me several times. No other vet is this one on one and it is well appreciated :)”

“Incredible business, vet, and staff. I recommend Dr. Hodges so highly if you are a pet parent who wants the best for your dog. The prices are fair, especially considering what you get, I’m sure they aren’t the cheapest in the area but Dr. Hodges is also not missing major issues like a bowel obstruction (as the cheaper vets in the area have for my friend’s dog... twice). I would much rather pay more to see a vet who is kind, caring, and thorough than to see a vet who doesn’t know my dog’s typical resting vitals, doesn’t know she may be a pain during the exam but will immediately become the biggest love bug when you say “all done!”, and knows taking her anywhere without me in the immediate vicinity ups her stress and makes their jobs substantially harder. Speaking of, if your dog is like mine and gets defensive in enclosed spaces- consider asking about the outdoor exam area.”
