(August 10, 2019, 3:38 pm)I had to stop to get a part for my dryer and the gentleman who helped me went out of his way to really try and find the part that I needed without ordering a new one. Sometimes they have parts in their basement that match what you need. I got home and the part fit great. I've been coming here for appliances for awhile and everyone there is very nice and knowledgeable about meeting your needs. Today was a good day.

(June 11, 2019, 4:06 pm)Yes, Gochnauers is the best place around to buy appliances. I bought 2 high dollar brand name dryers in the past 7 years. They both turned out to be junk with lousy warranties. I went to Gochnauers this morning and by 3pm had a new dryer installed in my house with a 10 year warranty. The staff were knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The prices were lower than expected. I wish that I would have shopped here years ago.
