“It was my first time going into the Great Clips Ephrata location. Overall it was a great experience. Lisa was great and she was super nice as well as very accommodating to my 4 year who was with me while I was getting my haircut. Wait time was about 25 minutes considering I had 6 people in front of me. I will of course come again and use the online check in. Atmosphere is relaxed and the rest of the staff was friendly and professional.”
