“The food was good and the portions were very generous. The service was quick, as the place was empty when we arrived. However, I would say there is an opportunity to improve the service. There is an opportunity to enhance the way they greet and interact with their customers. When you arrive you should be greeted by friendly staff and you should feel welcomed. Every interaction that is had with the customer should be positive. If they can work on this aspect of the customer experience, I don't see why they cannot be more successful.”
