(September 19, 2019, 12:28 pm)I am one of those people who dread going into an auto dealership. I have worked in the field and have seen some things that have been questionable to say the least.
I always have my guard up and did when I entered Keller Bros. Ford but it did not last for long. I was presently surprised at not only how knowledgeable and nice they were, but also how TRANSPARENT they were. They made sure I knew what was going on at all times and were honest with me. No games.
Brad was our salesperson, and his knowledge and personable nature made us at ease.
Tim was our F&I person and he was funny and not pushy. The time we spent with him was long as it was a two car purchase BUT very enjoyable.
I will look forward to my future relationship with this dealership as I will be using them for service.
Please do not hesitate to visit them if you need a new Ford. You will not regret it.
(September 15, 2019, 9:58 am)Purchased first Ford van (Transit 250 ) and truly was an outstanding and wonderful experience. Had been doing a lot of homework as I have been a Chevy guy my entire life with vans but wanted another higher roof. Nate Sheetz was SO honest from the get go and sharing” he wasn’t used to selling commercial side “ but had manage help and was GREAT! Was up front and honest with pricing, got outstanding rates and will be buying from them again. Love to buy local and will continue to buy both for business and personal ????????❤️

Very friendly and helpful staff, smooth and easy to follow purchasing process, servicing and detailing was finished in just a few days, and they even reached out after purchasing to make sure everything was going well after the sale. (June 12, 2019, 10:51 pm)Keller Bros. are good people. They are here in Lititz, PA taking care of the car needs of the people in the best town in America! Folks do things right around here and Keller Bros. is a perfect example. Fair price, fair deal, excellent service, no worries. My wife and I have now purchased 3 cars from these folks and have been pleased with each experience. Given the experience that we just had picking up a beautiful little Jeep Wrangler for my wife to play with for the summer, I can attest, again, to Keller Bros. and their excellent sales staff, managers and finance guys! Thanks everyone. My wife loves her Jeep! (It's a Jeep thing!)
