“Karen does great work and has great ideas. Definitely knows her stuff. Fair warning though, the house is a mess. It's like walking into an episode of hoarders. Picture a dress shop in a Victorian era living room that has been hit by a tornado. However, Karen has a separate closet where she keeps dresses, so no complaints there; I could see the environment being a deal breaker for some people. Got a bridesmaid dress altered and it looks beautiful.”
