I came in the office and Shawn made me feel at ease. He explained a will and POA documents in plain language to make it easy to understand. Everyone was helpful, efficient with the whole process and compassionate. Being a small Firm was also a plus... I did not feel rushed and they seem to have their clients best interests at heart.
