  Great little dive bar. Small and cozy with friendly staff. I heard they have some good music acts come through too.

  I call Shank's the Cheers of Marietta. Food is good. People are nice. Decent beer selection. Live music some days. It's one of our top places to go to I'd say easily in 2 counties if not 3!

  It's exactly as you'd want in winter, great no nonsense staff, comfort food that is exactly as expected, dark wood and lots of historical pictures and art topped off with a table right by the fire. My only criticism is the music was completely at odds with the atmosphere (Paula Abdul!). Had a delicious sandwich and hipster rootbeer, combined with good conversation and banter from fellow tables. Stop in and take a load off.

  We so much enjoy Shank's. Nice tasty drinks, good food and friendly staff. A must stop if you're on the river trail or in Marietta. Doesn't break the bank either!

  Good food, good beer. Nice atmosphere, cozy place. Went for open mic night Tuesday. It was a good easy going group. Host did well facilitating. Had a lot of fun.
