“I feel for the people who had poor experiences and left 1-star reviews, but as a long-time customer of PNC, I do not feel like those experiences are truly representative of this branch, nor PNC in general. I have been a customer of PNC for almost ten years, and I have been happy with PNC and this branch ever since. Everyone at this branch has always been very welcoming and courteous, and I have always gotten a warm greeting when coming inside. Several people I know and am close to also use PNC (and this branch in particular) and to my knowledge none of them have ever had any issues. Finally, I have taken advantage of some of the additional services that PNC offers as well (financial counseling, etc.) and have always been pleased with the help I have been given. I sometimes have some odd requests or questions, and they have always been accommodating. If you are already a PNC customer, or someone living in the area considering PNC, I definitely recommend this branch.”

I was concerned that I would not be able to find a caring environment where Martha would be safe but still able to lead an active life. I was fortunate to find Oak Leaf Manor South. I visit Martha frequently and see first hand the caring and loving environment Oak Leaf provides. I know Martha is happy and can rely on the staff to take care of her. There are also activities. Martha likes the singers and musicians especially. I still work full time, but have peace of mind that Martha is happy and safe.”
