“I'd like to say that we loved Black Forest Design & Build so much we had them re-model our kitchen twice...but that would be stretching the truth just a tad. Actually, they did re-model our kitchen twice, and managed to exceed our expectations even more the second time around. Here's our story: Less than 18 months after completing an amazing re-model of our kitchen, family room and master bathroom in our 1950s era home, water from a burst frozen pipe flooded the kitchen so badly that it had to be completely gutted, including hardwood flooring, walls, ceiling, cabinetry, electrical and appliances. The second call we made, after contacting the insurance company was to Black Forest. Their response was immediate. They pulled the plans from the prior re-model, worked closely with 3 different claims adjusters, and found room in their schedule to begin putting our kitchen back together within a few weeks of the event. While the project team, led by Joel, immediately focused on the task of re-building, Beth worked closely with us, suggesting a few changes that made the aesthetics and functionality of the kitchen even more appealing. Everyone was committed to putting things 'right' as soon as possible. We felt as if they were sharing the burden of the loss with us. Their hearts were in this work. Its something we'll never forget.
