Was pleasantly surprised by an acoustic guitar player that made my already wonderful visit even better! I cannot thank The Speckled Hen owners and chefs enough for their gluten free options for people like me!!!
(March 28, 2019, 5:18 pm)It's a nice place. Cute layout of seating and space for your kids to play. The food is alright. pricing is higher then I'd usually care to pay for the type of food that's made. But the staff is friendly and it's pleaser to be inside with big windows overlooking the roadside.
(February 16, 2019, 11:05 am)One of my top three places to get breakfast in Lancaster County! The omelettes (made with eggs from a local farm) and caramel lattes are a must for breakfast. They make their own caramel syrup too. I have always received friendly service and delicious, fresh food every time I have been here. I’ve eaten here at least a handful of times and even their dinner foods are delicious. If you go in the evening, try one of their burgers. I will be back again!
(January 21, 2019, 12:49 pm)My husband and I had a mini getaway and stopped in this little coffee shop/restaurant before we headed home. Best decision we made!! The ice coffee was superb and both of our meals were delicious! Everything was made with quality ingredients and prepared quickly. Next time we're in the area, we plan to stop by again because it was such a great experience!

Every member of the Speckled Hen staff treated our guests with warmth and hospitality. Their attention to detail and attentive service made us all feel welcome and cared for. Everything on our menu was delicious, prepared with excellence and displayed beautifully. Thank you, Speckled Hen team, for partnering with us to host a thoroughly successful company event. We will most definitely be back!
