I asked a question at Herr's Ace Hardware and the employee stopped what she was doing and went with me to answer the question. The same day, I was at out local Lowe's and I asked a question of an employee that was standing with 2 others employees and they sort of pointed me in the right direction. I like our little Ace Hardware store run by the Herr family.”

“Had a wonderful visit at Columbia location. I didn't have an appointment, but Diane made time for me to get a trim while she was coloring someone else. She explained everything up front, and when I asked for her opinion she made recommendations on a new style for me. She was very professional and I love the great job that she did with my hair. It was a very clean and friendly shop, and Diane put me at ease right away. She wasn't judgmental at all, and was only concerned with my happiness. I will definitely go back to this location.”
